  11. A brief description;
  12.  
  13. The Employee Benefits Caclulator is a program (originally designed 
  14. for a dental group in Columbus, Ohio) that easily and quickly tracks 
  15. employee benefits. The employee's salary is first entered based upon 
  16. a user selectable pay period. Each benefit that the employer pays is 
  17. then entered based on this same pay period. The benefits can be 
  18. entered as a straight dollar amount or as a percentage of salary. The 
  19. calculator does the rest! 
  20.  
  21. At review time, the employer simply prints out the compensation report 
  22. to present to the employee. The report details exactly what benefits
  23. the employer pays, ensuring that each employee understands that salary
  24. is not the only compensation received!

  26. Several other reports are also available in the system. These include:

  28.         1) Employee background report
  29.         2) Employee work phone report
  30.         3) Employee home phone report
  31.         4) Employee birthday report
  32.         5) Employee review date report
  33.         6) Etc.....

  47.         deal of time and energy was put into it, as well as a few bucks. 
  48.         If you find the program useful, please register it so that I 
  49.         may continue to improve it, as well as develope other software.
